Happy Labour Day!
Progress in health does not happen in isolation—it is powered by the collective efforts of workers across all sectors.
From farmers and teachers to health workers and community volunteers, every contribution matters in shaping healthier communities and a stronger nation.
At Coalition Health Zambia, we are proud to work alongside partners across all sectors to build systems that deliver for all. Thank you for your hardwork, for showing up, for your passion, and
for your commitment! We see you, respect you and proud to be building a better, healthier Zambia with you.
We celebrate you today.

Nylepitha B. Chirambo Musonda – CEO
Our resilience and partnerships this year have shown that even in times of change, together we can create lasting impact and seize new opportunities for communities across Zambia.
As 2025 comes to a close, CHZ celebrates a year of learning, collaboration, and meaningful
contributions to Zambia’s health and development priorities. Despite shifts in the funding
landscape, including the close-out of USAID-supported projects, CHZ’s resilience, strong
partnerships, and focus on innovation enabled the organisation to remain operationally strong
and pursue new opportunities.
CHZ continued to engage actively with the Ministry of Health through Technical Working
Groups, contributed to cross-sector dialogue as a member of the Public–Private Dialogue Forum
(PPDF), and supported programming focused on adolescents, young people, and young mothers
in partnership with UNICEF and other stakeholders.
We are grateful for the trust and collaboration of our partners and look forward to building on
these achievements in the year ahead. Together, we continue to strengthen systems, improve
health outcomes, and create lasting impact for communities across Zambia.
