Zero Tolerance
CHZ has zero tolerance for bribery, kickbacks, or conflict of interest. Any attempt to influence a tender process will result in immediate blacklisting and reporting to relevant authorities.
Compliance First
All vendors must possess valid ZRA Tax Clearance, PACRA registration, and relevant industry licenses (e.g., ZAMRA, NCC) to be considered for any contract.
Audit Trail
We have transitioned to a fully auditable procurement system. Every transaction, delivery note, and invoice is tracked to ensure value for money for our donors.
