Coalition Health Zambia (CHZ) is a fully Zambian-owned (100%) implementing partner dedicated to strengthening public health systems. We represent the bridge between global funding standards and local community needs. We are not just a service provider; we are a national asset governed by an independent Board of Directors comprised of 66% Zambian women.
Our mandate extends beyond today’s borders. CHZ is building a sovereign institution designed to serve as a regional center of excellence, expanding our technical impact from Zambia to the broader Southern African region by 2026.

Ethics & Compliance
At CHZ, integrity and professionalism are the foundations of all aspects of our operations. To ensure accountability and transparency, CHZ maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of harassment, discrimination, corruption, compliance violations, conflicts of interest, fraud, or unethical practices. We have established a secure reporting mechanism to support and protect whistleblowers who report genuine concerns. Employees, management, contractors, consultants, and third-party partners are encouraged to report any violations via email at [email protected] (and through the CHZ hotline, once established). CHZ takes all reports seriously and handles them with the utmost confidentiality to ensure our operations remain fully aligned with our mission and values.
