Commemoration of World Cancer Day 2026

On this World Cancer Day, Coalition Health Zambia stands in support of the Ministry of Health and the people of Zambia.

We unite under the global theme “United by Unique” and commit to supporting the national mission of “Providing Access to Cancer Care, Healthier Zambia.”

Every cancer journey is distinct, yet we are bound by a shared mission: to turn the principle of access into a lived reality for all Zambians. We operate on the firm belief that access to cancer care is not a privilege but a fundamental right.

The barriers to prevention, early detection, and treatment in our context are significant. Achieving a #HealthierZambia demands health systems that are proactive, equitable, and people-centered.

Our Strategy for Access

At CHZ, our strategy is built on four actionable pillars:
