eLMIS Facility Edition (FE)

deployed to hundreds of service delivery points, this touchscreen-ready interface allows pharmacists to digitize stock cards instantly. It reduces reporting burden and eliminates transcription errors at the source.

Central Data Visibility

A unified command dashboard that aggregates facility data for the Ministry of Health. This enables quantified national forecasting, reducing wastage and preventing the expiry of life-saving medicines before they reach the patient.

Technology fails without adoption. We embed IMPACT (Information Mobilized for Performance Analysis) teams directly within Provincial Health Offices to interpret data and drive decision-making.

Phase 1: Deployment & Stabilization

Rollout of eLMIS Facility Edition to 500+ sites and stabilization of the central server architecture.

Phase 2: The IMPACT Model

Embedding CHZ data analysts into Provincial Health Offices to build local capacity for data interpretation.

Phase 3: Hardware & Governance Transfer

Handing over physical server assets and establishing the MOH Governance Committee for long-term stewardship.
