Health Systems Strengthening
Engineering the Backbone of Zambian Health.
We design and deploy the digital infrastructure that secures the medical supply chain for the entire nation. From the central warehouse to the last mile, we ensure data drives decision making.
National Infrastructure | 100% Digital Visibility | MOH Owned Data
The Ecosystem of Visibility.
We have moved Zambia beyond simple logistics. We deploy a “Next-Generation” integrated suite that synchronizes physical commodities with digital data in real-time.
eLMIS Facility Edition (FE)
deployed to hundreds of service delivery points, this touchscreen-ready interface allows pharmacists to digitize stock cards instantly. It reduces reporting burden and eliminates transcription errors at the source.
Deployed: 500+ Sites
Central Data Visibility
A unified command dashboard that aggregates facility data for the Ministry of Health. This enables quantified national forecasting, reducing wastage and preventing the expiry of life-saving medicines before they reach the patient.
National Coverage
IMPACT Teams
Technology fails without adoption. We embed IMPACT (Information Mobilized for Performance Analysis) teams directly within Provincial Health Offices to interpret data and drive decision-making.
Human Capacity
The Roadmap to Sovereignty.
True development is about working ourselves out of a job. We are executing a phased transition plan to transfer full ownership of the eLMIS infrastructure to the Ministry of Health.
Phase 1: Deployment & Stabilization
Rollout of eLMIS Facility Edition to 500+ sites and stabilization of the central server architecture.
- Status: Complete
Phase 2: The IMPACT Model
Embedding CHZ data analysts into Provincial Health Offices to build local capacity for data interpretation.
- Status: Active
Phase 3: Hardware & Governance Transfer
Handing over physical server assets and establishing the MOH Governance Committee for long-term stewardship.
- Status: Upcoming
Phase 4: Full National Ownership
The Ministry of Health assumes full operational and financial control of the digital supply chain.
